We are looking for a full-time Service Desk Technician to join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain high-quality end-user support for clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner
  • Document processes thoroughly, as a guide for future issues

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Service/Help Desk/NOC Experience
  • Experience diagnosing issues and administering networks
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Possess an inclination for learning new technologies quickly
  • Certification or experience with: Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Office365, Local Exchange, Active Directory services, BDR Backups, Cloud Services, Multi-platform environments, Remote Access, Firewalls, LANs, WANs, VPNs
